樂舞對臺灣原住民族而言不僅是藝術的展現，更是生活樣貌與生命態度的載體。
臺灣原住民族文化園區自民國七十六年開園以來，為推廣臺灣原住民族祭儀與樂舞文化、增進民眾對樂舞文化之認知與體驗，藉由部落踏查、訪談，將臺灣原住民族各族群祭儀及樂舞，進行忠實紀錄並轉化為表演藝術節目的內涵，展演於世人面前。
歌舞場每周二至周日每日有兩場次演出，上午10:30及下午14:30。
Music and dance are not only the expression of art for Taiwan indigenous peoples, but also a part of their lifestyle and life philosophy.
Since the opening of the Culture Park in 1976, the mission has always been to enhance the public's awareness of the music and dance culture of Taiwan indigenes by sharing authentic rituals, songs and dances with the audiences. This is done through field studies and interviews with various tribal groups, faithfully recording them, and transforming them into staged performing arts.
There are two shows everyday, at 10:30 and 14:30, each lasting for an hour.
